I am an ordinary man who is extremely passionate about various sports. Earlier this year, I went through a lower back injury rehabilitation program with Mark for about two months. Due to my back injury, I had developed a strong fear of movement and became overly cautious about using my body. During the first month, under Mark’s guidance, I gradually worked on increasing the range of motion in my lower back. This process gave me a huge realization—that it was okay to move my back and that I could move again. In the following month, we progressively focused on rebuilding my core strength and overall muscle strength. With Mark’s detailed and step-by-step coaching, I was able to recover my strength safely. Within just two months, I felt that my body had recovered to over 80%. By 80%, I mean that my physical performance had returned to about 80% of what it was before my back injury. In other words, the pain had completely disappeared within two months, and I was able to use about 80% of my strength during intense exercise. Now, about 10 months later, yours might be wondering what level my physical ability is at. At this point, my body has fully returned to its previous condition, to the extent that I can perform intense activities such as golf and boxing at 100% capacity. Mark not only provides rehabilitation guidance, but is also an excellent coach who helps improve strength and builds psychological confidence.
