EXCELLENT Based on 196 reviews Posted on Google Gerin NaragTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Super helpful. I had a rotator calf injury and in less than 10 sessions, with helpful exercises and follow-ups, I was able to recover quickly. Mark and his team are very professional and accommodating based on the case of injury. Would recommend this to fellow athletes around the area.Posted on Google Polina NhekTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came in with an ankle sprain, and Charles did the BEST job treating me. He took the time to explain everything and provided great care. He also made sure I was at ease throughout the session. By the end of the treatment, my ankle felt a lot better. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for professional care!Posted on Google MattTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I worked with Mark Chen at Movement Physio and Fitness after a complex knee injury. He set out a structured, progressive plan and explained the reasoning behind each step, which made it easy to stay engaged and confident in the process. He was always able to explain why we were doing specific exercises and how they would contribute to different aspects of my recovery, fitness, strength and long-term stability. The programme was continually adapted as I progressed, with outcomes that included steady knee recovery, improved core stability and increased overall fitness. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to improve their general fitness, but especially to those recovering from trauma or injury.Posted on Google Darrius HolmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ritesh did my initial interview which we discovered some key issues with my knee and he even continued to follow up with me after. I really appreciate the service!Posted on Google Cez KrolTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Five stars for Ritesh at Movement! He helped me navigate my recovery after knee surgery, and his knowledge and support made all the difference in getting me moving again. He is a phenomenal therapist. I also want to give a big shout-out to Danny, who is now at the reception desk. She has such a lovely personality and a great attitude, making her a massive asset to their team. If you need post-surgery rehab, this clinic is top-notch all around!Posted on Google Rubina HengTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have lost track of how many ankle sprains I've suffered through from playing sports and also just from how unstable my ankles are in daily life. A single misstep could put me in immense pain. Therefore, I decided to visit Movement: Physiotherapy and Fitness, following a recommendation from my coach at school, after I yet again sprained my ankle after barely recovering from a severe sprain. During my visit, Ritesh examined my injuries and took the time to understand the root cause behind my weak ankles, before starting treatment that would help with pain relief. He then made me a program to help rebuild and strengthen my ankles in order to decrease the likelihood of future injuries from happening. Safe to say, the treatment was effective since I haven't been through a serious ankle injury even after 2 years! I felt like my ankles were significantly more stable and had better mobility, which helped my performance in playing volleyball as well. Highly recommended for sports injury rehab!!Posted on Google Sione Fifita VeitunaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
