Mark and Ritesh are making my shoulder much better. Mind you, sometimes they serve a tall order of pain, but all with charisma and competence, and the outcome of better health. I appreciate their help with suggested exercises at home, and therapies at the clinic, as well as all the information behind it all. I highly recommend them! Thank you!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Dale Sills2024-09-24Ritesh was great, explained the issue, provided treatment and sent my exercise plan through quickly. Ritesh was professional and targeted the treatment perfectly. I was surprised at how effective just one session could be. If you're struggling with back pain or similar issues, I highly recommend trying physiotherapy with Ritesh. It made a real difference for me, and I’m sure it can help others too!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Tommy2024-09-16Great experience!!! I torn my ACL completely from sport. After a bit over a month of ACL rehabilitation with Movement, I see drastic changes. I didn’t expect myself to be able to walk this quickly. I remember the first day I walk in the office after the surgery. There was ZERO muscle definition and no muscle activation on the injured leg. A program was assigned to me. With daily exercise and regular check ups, I soon be able get to places in order to do things I once had to postpone. Under the care of Ritesh, who is one of the physiotherapist at Movement, things keep getting progressively better. I’m feeling so so confident and comfortable with the injured leg already, but I still have to be extra careful and cautious with it. “No Jiu-Jitsu for you”(yet) said Ritesh.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Mathilde Thillay2024-09-10For an international football competition, I needed to deeply relax my muscles due to too much training and old injuries. So I did two months of physiotherapy with Ritesh and he did a great job! He was able to relax muscles that were particularly sore : thanks to Deep Tissue Massage and Dry Needling Treatment. Next to that he offered home exercises to avoid future pain! I highly recommend him if you do intensive sport and looking for the right professional to help you improve avoiding future injuries!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Daniel Zak2024-09-03I have tried a few of the physiotherapists around Phnom Penh, owing to my chronic shoulder issues. This has been the best experience for sure. Private sessions with trained physios for roughly the same price as other places charge for group sessions.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Happy D2024-08-31I popped my ACL last September and went through around 4 months of twice-a-week sessions with Mark and his trainees. Mark and I decided not to proceed with surgical intervention, and instead decided to attempt a recovery which involved a permanent emphasis on strengthening the leg muscles. To be clear, a year later I still have no ACL in my knee, and I do have small ongoing issues with twisting motions, but Mark didn't promise that my knee would be perfect by the end of my tenure with Movement. I also don't suppose I have sprained my knee for the last time either. However, what Mark told me that we could achieve, we have achieved, and that equates to me getting exactly what I paid for. Mark excels at motivating people to push hard through the mental barriers that exist when rehabbing serious injuries, especially when the patient encounters setbacks. He has a philosophy where he considers himself part physiotherapist, and part motivational psychologist, which was very useful to me during a recovery which had several frustrating setbacks, in both a physical and a mental sense. Mark takes a "big picture" approach, and lifts spirits with his good sense of humour and calm demeanour. Lastly, I also encountered some back problems and shoulder flexibility issues during my recovery, and Mark was also able to give me guidance on improving those issues, particularly my shoulders, which as a weightlifter and former rugby player, have bothered me for years. My shoulders are in much better shape now than they have been since I was 19 - I'm 38 now! So yeah, easy 5 star, I got exactly what I wanted out of Movement. Highly recommended if you want a western type physiotherapy approach to healing injuries. The price is about what you'd expect, which isn't cheap, but for me, it was absolutely money well spent.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Gino Gicqueau2024-08-23I would like to express my deep gratitude to the team of physiotherapists who supported me throughout my rehabilitation after a serious accident. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I was able to gradually regain the ability to engage in the sports I love. I particularly want to highlight the professionalism of Mr. Ritesh, whose ability to design innovative exercises tailored to the specific sports I aimed to return to played a crucial role in my recovery. His personalized and creative approach truly made a difference in my journey to healing. Modern and clean clinic, with an area and equipment for exercises/stretching. I would recommend the LONG appointments, as found them more beneficial to get healthy again quicker. I found the service very good plus provided an app/pdf for exercises at home (Which i really should follow more regularly!).
