Voucher – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    This voucher is valid for new clients only who have never previously visited or received services at our clinic.

  2. Appointment Required
    The voucher cannot be used for walk-in visits. All sessions must be pre-booked in advance through our official booking channels.

  3. One Voucher Per Person
    Each individual is eligible to redeem only one free voucher. Multiple vouchers per person will not be accepted.

  4. Non-Transferable
    This voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the person whose details are registered at the time of booking.

  5. Validity Period
    The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period stated. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

  6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, the voucher will be considered used and void.

  7. Limited Scope of Service
    The free session includes an initial consultation and basic assessment only. Any additional treatments, follow-ups, or specialized services may incur charges.

  8. Clinic Discretion
    The clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel the voucher if misuse, duplication, or violation of terms is suspected.

  9. No Cash Value
    This voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

  10. Modification of Terms
    The clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
