Mark has been in the medical and sports field for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor degree in Health and Science from the Netherlands and is certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). In addition, he also holds certifications in: Dry needling/ acupuncture, Kettlebell training, sports nutrition, Pilates, Animal Flow, Corporate wellness and in life coaching.
Jacyln Kaye

Jaclyn holds a BA in kinesiology and has been a Canfitpro certified personal trainer and fitness instructor specialist since 2004. She recently received two advanced certifications with ACT-CPT.
Jaclyn's specific focus is cardiovascular training and strength conditioning in combination with balance and flexibility training. Her approach to training relies on the fundamentals of functional training. She prides herself in making her programs and group exercise classes fun, challenging and effective.
Jaclyn aims to help her clients build self-confidence, self-empowerment and develop healthy lifestyle habits.
